A 50% non refundable deposit is required to book your order. 

    ⁃    If Client picks up the cake,  Bocadillo Bakery no longer assumes any responsibility for damage caused to it during transportation. Once it’s out of Bocadillo Bakery hands we will not be responsible for any damage caused to the cake

    ⁃    The cake must be pick up on time. 

    ⁃    The client must have a clean and flat surface where the cake will be transported.

    ⁃    If the Client fails to make payments, Bocadillo Bakery will cease work, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be given.

    ⁃    Final payment is due the day prior to pick 

    ⁃    If a cancellation occurs 30 days prior to the date of the event,  money will be refunded minus the retainer fee.

    ⁃    Any changes must be submitted 15 days in advance.

    ⁃    There will be no changes allowed 10 days prior to the event.

    ⁃    Bocadillo Bakery will follow the Client’s requests closely to create the  cake desired.  

    ⁃    Bocadillo Bakery cannot duplicate an exact copy of another cake artist’s work but will ensure the look is similar
